The law says
Article 9. Limitations on advertising, promotion and sponsorship of snuff.
1. It is prohibited to sponsorship of snuff, and all forms of advertising, and promotion of the products in all media and formats, including vending machines and services the information society, with the following exceptions :
a) publications intended exclusively for professionals involved in commercial snuff.
b) Presentations of snuff products to professionals in the context ....
2. Is prohibited outside the network of outlets to snuff and timbre of the State, free distribution or promotion of products, goods or services or any other action, with the aim or direct or indirect, pincipal or Jr High, is the promotion a snuff product.
