Canadian Gas Blowback Desert Eagle

The narrow time table @

few days ago I experienced one of the biggest storms of my life, a body of water and hail impressive, worthy of tropical latitudes. Consequence of it, I spent the morning bailing a flooded cellar. And, of course, I remembered one of my favorite boats, the Holy Trinity, which we have already spoken on this blog . What I really like the wreck is its similarity to the health system in which we sail, its size, complexity, power, pride, causing owners of the fleet ... and its inertia, weight, slow, superimposable entirely to public health. For

Well, today I asked the question who shrinks the water in our boat? , anyone is down to the wineries to have a look?
What I can say is that family physicians sailed very close to the waterline, near the patients, their families, their homes, their communities. Every week I spend hours of time bailing buckets hand of bureaucracy, parties, certificates. A complicating waterway navigation and threatens to end the boat sinking.

If the crew is getting smaller wineries, who will attend and ratchets candles?, Who will serve patients properly?

The storms are well to realize the power of the sea and our great vulnerability. Commanding officers should take note of what the old sailors do not stop telling them.
